Aqua by Jesse's policy is to dispatch goods within 36 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery due high demand. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-dispatched parcels.
Aqua by Jesse is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request . If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.
Next Day Delivery
If orders are received and fully completed before 2:00 PM (EST time) between Monday to Thursday, we aim to deliver them the next working day. Your order must be complete and payment taken, before 2:00 PM, If you choose next day delivery. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or weather conditions, for which we will not be held responsible. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Next day delivery is only available to the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and the Hawaii Islands). Some areas of the US cannot receive Next Day Delivery - contact Customer Services for more information. Please note, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery following a Holiday Weekend.
Standard ground delivery is free for all orders within Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and the Hawaii Islands). All expedited orders (including next day or two-day delivery or express) will incur delivery and handling charges. Custom orders may not include free shipping. Bulk shipments are not included in any free delivery promotions. Please contact customer support for wholesale inquiries.
We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Shipping charges will vary depending on destination and weight of parcel, and as such the final order value will be calculated offline by our Customer Contact center. All orders must receive payment prior to dispatch. We do not accept personal checks or bank checks. All non-credit card payments must be approved by one of our customer service agents. Delivery of overseas orders may be affected due to political conflicts, such as war, civil unrest, martial law etc. Aqua by Jesse is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Any overseas orders place will not include insurance unless requested prior to shipment of parcels.
When ordering goods from Aqua by Jesse for delivery outside the United States you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Aqua by Jesse has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods. Aqua by Jesse is not responsible for any lost items or held items in customs. Please contact your local government or the country the parcels are delivered to.
All items returned will include free shipping if canceled within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please note there may be a restocking fee if any orders have been opened. All damaged items or wrong orders received will incur free return and delivery or a free credit will be issued. All hair extensions and eyelashes cannot be returned. Please note before purchasing any hair extensions or eyelashes that all sales are final. Any returns made post 24 hours of receiving the items may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the cost of the item. Any used items will not be accepted or returned.
Shortages & Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any damaged goods reported post 24 hours may not be accepted by Aqua by Jesse for any exchanges. Any returns made post 24 hours of receiving the items may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the cost of the item. Any used items will not be accepted or returned.
