Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Returns

All hair extensions cannot be returned due to health concerns. All other products will only be accepted if contacted within 30 days. All makeup products will only be accepted as a qualified return if either unopened or damaged during shipping. All wrong orders are corrected. Customer will pay the return and possible restocking fees of all unopened returns.
